  4. (Pas une obligation). Faites frire le bacon dans une poêle antiadhésive à feu moyen jusqu'à ce qu'il soit croustillant sans gras supplémentaire. Puis mettre de côté.
  5. Hacher très finement la sauge et porter à ébullition avec la crème, la muscade râpée et un peu de sel dans une casserole.
  6. Mélanger ensuite avec la purée de potiron, blettes, cheddar et éventuellement le bacon et incorporer les macaronis. Mettez le tout dans un plat allant au four, saupoudrez de parmesan râpé, de cheddar râpé et de chapelure et enfournez jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés pendant 20 minutes.
