  5. Pour les sticks mozza, égoutter la mozza, bien éponger avec sopalin, couper dans lamelles et tremper dans l œuf, farine, chapelure, puis de nouveau œuf et chapelure.
    Mettre quelques secondes dans une huile bien chaude et égoutter sur sopalin. Saler.
  6. Rajouter le tout sur votre salade
