  1. Râper le zeste de citron dans le sucre mélangez et laissez infuser 10min.entre temps faites fondre le beurre
  2. Préchauffer le four a 150° et beurré votre moule
  3. 10min après,mettez les 3oeufs dans le mélange sucre citron,faites Blanchir et mousser le tout
  4. Ajoutez à cette étape la crème liquide et le rhum(moi arôme citron).mélangez bien le tout.
  5. Ensuite mélangez la farine et la levure puis mélangez le tout.
  6. Beurrer le moule versez y la pâte et mettez au four pour 50 a 1h de temps.

    Entre temps préparez le sirop en mélangeant le sucre et L'eau et mettre au feu,une fois a ébullition et un peu réduit éteindre le feu et hors feu ajouté le jus de citron et mélangez.
  7. Le cake prêt démouler et badigeonnez le de sirop, laissez absorber.
  8. Plus qu'à dégusté votre cake
