- Dans le plat, verser une couche de pommes de terre, puis une de lardons et oignons refaire la même chose jusqu'à ce que le plat soit rempli. Disposer dessus les deux moitié du reblochon (croûte vers le haut), et enfourner pendant 40min. environ


- A déguster le jour même où le lendemain accompagné d'une bonne salade verte et avec un vin blanc de savoie.
